I keep my eyebrows quite natural and they always do a lovely job, not taking too much off. £9 for eyebrow threading is fairly steep though but it's a convenient location for me.”

I have been using them for over 12 years as before they were in smaller premises. I am very pleased with the eyebrow threading and find the staff very accommodating to my needs. I was pleased to get my appointment and even though last minute they had spa room prepared , warm and inviting. They gave adequate time for me to change and get dressed afterwards. I really have a good experience every time I visit Elegance.”

They have quality products and thanks to their high tech CCTV, no matter how packed the shop is my belongings are always safe. These ladies have become family to me. We started off rocky but over the years, we built a strong bond. No language barrier could get in the way of the friendship built.
