“Used to get my nails done at a different place nearby, but they were very inconsistent with quality. I decided to come here for the first time, and I was extremely pleased. I got full set acrylics with gel paint. The service was superb - everyone was respectful & it was a nice atmosphere. The gentleman treated my hands so well & they kept the acrylics at a very good thickness (the other place I used to go did it way too thin so it’d never last more than 2 weeks!!). The almond shape that I chose was also very regular on each finger. Super pleased. Will continue to come back here unless something drastically changes. “My second visit after 5years and my pedicure was done by a male pedicurist for the first time ever and I was very pleased with his professionalism, paying attention to details (especially foot massage) and precision of applying a nail varnish. The only downside I would appreciate to be improved is that the place smells of acetone or other chemicals excessively due to lacking more efficient air conditioning and I suffered a light headache later on.”

“After reading some of these reviews I have to say I completely disagree with them, the service was quick and clear. The lady made sure at all points I was satisfied with how my nails looked, she checked with me about the length, colour and shape and it made me feel like she truly cared about how I feel about my nails. My nails look so clean and polished, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The lady was sweet and paid lots of attention to detail, making sure the sides of my finger isn’t stuck by the top glue and stuff like that. I also think it was reasonably priced, so I don’t see how anyone thinks this place is so terrible??”

“Kindly fitted me in as another salon had cancelled my appointment at the last minute. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, I was offered coffee/drinks several times. Had full head of bleach highlights with toner, conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry. Absolutely fantastic job, would recommend and will definitely return.”

“I had infills and shellac gel polish done on my nails. It was an absolutely rushed job by the man as it was late and I was the last customer of the day. The shellac hasn’t even set smoothly on to my nails and looks awfully thick, scratched and lumpy. Not happy at all! My eyesight is very poor so I trusted his work and I didn’t notice how bad it really was until I woke up the following morning and saw my nails in the natural light. Pedicure on the other hand was done by a lady who did an amazing job. I love how my feet have turned out. I contacted the salon who were terribly sorry for my experience and asked me to go back. I did and they redid my nails as a gesture of good will and the transformation was incredible. I’m much more happier with my nails and they look absolutely beautiful. “I have been coming here regularly for over a year. Clean, nicely decorated salon. 5 staff members, it gets busy later in the day, quieter in the mornings. Most of the time appointments are respected. Sometimes even after booking an appointment the wait is 30 minutes. I have gotten acrylics, shellac, powder gel and BIAB style builder gel. All have been great and lasted as long as I can go before an infill. I am a very sensitive client and I find that everyone in the shop are respectful of that and work gently without pain. Anne was great at helping me pick colours for a detailed design, and put a lot of care into drawing precise lines for a French tip. Once I got a heart design and that wasn't so accurate. Probably will stick with plain colours next time, not drawings. In my experience, when people say that nail salon staff are "rude" very rarely the staff are actually rude, most likely it's a misunderstanding of cultural differences and language barriers. Or the clients make no effort to be polite. I noticed people would walk in and say "I need acrylics", no "hello", no "how are you", no "what's your name". While the staff are actually very nice if you treat them with respect and engage in small talk. The pricing is fair and not confusing, on the rare occasion I needed a broken nail fixed, they did that without charge. Will update my review as I will most definitely come back many more times.”

“They are really kind and friendly! I usually go in and get a gel French tip on my natural nails cost about £25 lasts a good while. They have all the natural coloured base gels you could ever want! The base colour I use is 881 DND GEL. Very brown girl friendly. Check out the whole dnd sheer collection, they even test it out for you to make sure it’s perfect! I haven’t tried a design with them but French tip is fab! (By the way the image I posted is about a week and half after I got them done (mg nails grown super fast)!”

“I’ve been coming to this nail shop regularly, and I always have a great experience. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are very kind and hardworking. It really helps to know exactly what you want before you go in, so you can explain it at the reception and they get everything right. make sure to tell the reception clearly so they can guide the staff properly. Mina is especially wonderful❤️ she remembers my usual nude shades even when I forget the number! If you sit calmly and let them focus on their work, they do an excellent job. I also had a pedicure today and it was lovely. Honestly, I don’t agree with the negative reviews out there. Every visit has been peaceful, relaxing, and well done. Highly recommend this place!”
