I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now! A special shoutout to the lovely Maria, who kept me company during my seven-hour transformation and captured the most gorgeous photos of my new look. She’s an absolute gem and just one more example of how welcoming and thoughtful this team is. To top it all off - their prices are very affordable for the service they provide and being in London. I have been quoted almost double of what I paid at other salons. There are no hidden costs — you know exactly what you are paying before you start. I have been to other salons, they quote you a price and then after they say “oh you need to pay extra for all these things” that you aren’t aware aren’t included in the price. It’s all very honest and up front. This is my first experience at the salon, I don’t personally know any of the team so this is a completely transparent, honest review. I am very impressed. “I have been visiting Harold for about 12 months now and can say that he is by far the best barber I have visited. Harold is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect haircut that fitted my features. I have sent multiple friends to Harold and we all refuse to go anywhere else or see any other barber. I cannot recommend Paul Mall Westminster and Harold higher, always a pleasure to visit and leave with a fantastic haircut.”

“Firstly, Olana, thank you!! My friend had given me Olana’s details when she saw how bad my fringe was. I only came in for my fringe, but ended up getting the rest of my hair fixed (the previous cut was not done properly, and I didn’t know!!). I knew then I couldn’t go anywhere else. I then booked my mum in for an appointment as we are due to travel overseas for a wedding. This was my mums first time in salon. I visited Chris Supercuts over in Gale Street Dagenham on Sunday this week and mohamad from the fourth chair who cut my hair was friendly and provided not just an amazing cut but a great service. “I LOVE getting my eyebrows and facials done here, such a relaxing experience and the beauty tech knows exactly what she is doing. I was worried to get my facial done here at first, as I wasn't sure they knew how to work with dark skin. I left the salon feeling amazingly refreshed and relaxed. I prefer this place over any other as the tech really takes her time and is super kind too. They are also very flexible time wise, just give them a call and they will let you know what is possible.
