“I’ve gotten mine and my daughter’s hair washed, cut dry there a couple of times and it’s always been good. We got our hair dyed at the salon and it just washed out. Louise kindly spoke to me about the issue and re did both our hair with new colours that were ordered and it is 100% better. I shall continue to get our hair cut at the salon and am pleased that they were understanding and sorted it out.”

“My mother & father have lived around the corner from The Albany for over 20 years but hadn’t been inside due to less than favourable reputation. WHAT A MISTAKE!! When my father passed away a few weeks ago we decided to book the Albany for my father’s wake & from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic! Their kindness towards my mother was lovely, their professionalism was top notch and the food was outstanding the chef could not do enough for us everything was made fresh to order to suit individual requirements.
