“Excellent Fish & Chips and Friendly Service – Highly Recommended in Kingston! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant during my stay in Kingston, and I must say, it was a great experience. I ordered the fish and chips, and not only was the food delicious, but the portion size was generous and definitely worth the money. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s always nice to be treated with such warmth and professionalism. The location was also very convenient — just a short walking distance from my hotel, which made it an easy and pleasant stop for a meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in or around the Kingston area. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this restaurant offers great value, tasty food, and a Definitely worth a visit!”

“Staff were friendly here and helpful. The food was very tasty but the portions could feed at least two people for one meal. If you have a layover in London and dont have time to see much this is a good place to go for the British experience.”

“All I can do is only compliment this place. I went with my partner for her 21st and I can only say how brilliant everything was. Our starters were brilliant, we had the Toushka which was absolutely fantastic and the sujuc rolls which my partner loved. We then had the lamb shank which was beautiful and the kebab (not the cherry one!) which I also enjoyed, but the star of the mains was the Spicy Potatoes. Without doubt the best potatoes I have ever had, fluffy, perfectly seasoned with a phenomenal crisp on the outside, they were sensational and a must have to anyone going here! We then for deserts got the Honey Cake which is also a must have, absolutely delicious which was also a treat from the house for the birthday, alongside a shot of brandy which was lovely to have, but was very strong! But still hugely appreciated. As mentioned, if you get the opportunity to come here, please make sure you do as it is simply wonderful.”

“Very sweet place - straightforward food and all keenly priced. Good service. Huge menu of options and completely out of the way so lots of room. Filled with honest local folks ie delivery drivers, council workmen and labourers and all menu items are tasty and of good quality. Very friendly staff, very friendly chef / owner who makes sure a freshly ironed copy of The Sun is there each day. Very highly recommended as these good honest places are hard to come by nowadays.”

“We needed somewhere to celebrate a life. We were lucky enough to choose Lisa's bar at the Stockley Park Golf Clubhouse. They provided a really good buffet for around 100 guests. We were able to display some memories on a TV screen. The service and everything about the day made a very sad occasion as pleasant as possible. Staff were all great. Happily recommend for any occasion. Thank all involved.”

“Uber order. Jalfrezi, rice, Nan and some picky bits. I ordered at peak time so didn’t expect it to turn up in 20 mins but worth the wait. It the first time and I have to say, Good clean box standard Bangladeshi curry and cooked to perfection. Bang on the money.”

“So glad to live just around the corner from this place (formerly known as Steak & Lobster). It’s incredibly convenient to pop in for lunch or dinner. The steak is always cooked to perfection, and the lemon salad is so delicious you’ll find yourself wanting more with every bite. “We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”
