“Called in for a few drinks while in the area. This is a "proper" old school pub which is rare these days! The lady serving was lovely and helped us with some local knowledge of bars in the area. Good pint of Guinness”

“A pleasant coffee stop along the parade of shops in Limpsfield Road. It is bright and spacious inside, and service was friendly and efficient. The wi-fi wasn't working when I went so they couldn't take card payments.”

“I was very impressed with the helpful young lad in charge of self service on Wednesday 26th November-especially as I discovered I had left my change behind and was pleasantly surprised that I got it back the next morning when I discovered it! Well done store.”

“Good spoons. Normal in terms of interior. Smoking in the back is a bit odd as some tables are no smoking. The food is normal spoons food but it was cooked hot and tasted nice. Desserts were good too.”

“We went on a weekday, so I’m sure the vibe will be different at the weekend. We were the only ones there for a good 30-40 mins (7.15pm on a Thursday), but a few more people came in afterwards. Don’t let it deter you though - the food was phenomenal & the service was on point. The food is some of the best indo-chinese I’ve had!”

“My local little supermarket. I have so many good things to say about them. This place is an "Aladdin's cave" of products. One day I needed pan-head screws, they had them in a size I wanted. They have supplied Stanley knife blades. They sell fuses, medication, waste paper bins, the things I've bought from here because everywhere else was closed is an impressive list. They also have a great range of alcohol such as Polish beer, world wines and great British ales. Staff are helpful if you ask, otherwise you're left alone. The vegetables are clearly farm grown/supplied. I recommend Select as a local resource. Thumbs up!”

“As someone with a parent from the Caribbean can say really fantastic food here! Was excited to see this new place near by and can say it's some of the best we've had! We had Brown Stew Chicken and Oxtail which was packed with flavour including the rice. Mac and Cheese &, plantain also great. Was able to eat it in the Golden Ark pub two doors down as well as they have very friendly management! Will definitely be going again.”

“We are occasional customers of the Blossom House and only ever use their take away service either with delivery or collect in person. However, the food is consistently great and normally the order is 100% correct. Last night we placed an order for delivery. A few minutes later the restaurant called to say that they had a credit showing on our account for a dish they had missed off our last order a couple of months ago. They asked if we now wanted that dish with the current order which we did but tbh I had completely forgotten about it. The restaurant could have easily not said anything about it and left it to me to remember. So they’ve restored their record of 100% accuracy and added complete honesty to the list of reasons to recommend them.”

“I was a bit worried ordering food based on the reviews I read but the food was fantastic - the pasta was amazing the garlic bread unreal and ringing to find out an ETA the staff were super friendly and super helpful and the value for money I think was great!
