They certainly know their way round a lap top and a computer. they are fast efficient and explain everything too you and tell you a rough price of what it is going to cost you, and they make time to tell you everything before they start on the work. “It's just a wonderful place. Spent a night in August with family because of a problem on the road on the way to the Eurotunnel. The place was quiet and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast because we were in a rush, but we saw the guy who ordered hiding behind a forest of practically everything. We had never seen a breakfast table so full of choice. Note that although dogs seem to be welcome, there was one belonging to the guy who had breakfast; the place is organized in a way that the pet won’t disturb you because it is somewhere else in the building; in fact, we saw the dog on arrival but that it was, no herd, no smell or else. The place is a helpful stop to rest if you travel to and from France; there is also a lake that you can reach by walking, and the site has a free private car park. There is a typical pub nearby, but no noise arrived (the place is tranquil); it is good to know that it is possible to drink and walk home.”

“I had a great experience staying at this hotel. As soon as I walked in, there was a beautiful smell from a diffuser in reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a Moorish theme. Everywhere was clean. I could not find one speck of dirt or dust! My room was cosy, clean and well furnished (see photos). Staff were extremely helpful with late check-out requests and storing luggage. Always someone on reception 24/7. Had breakfast one day and there was a great selection and the lady at breakfast was very friendly. Very safe and central area. Would definitely stay again and recommend!”
