“My experience was online and I visited their website yesterday evening to purchase a bottle as a gift. Placing an order was very easy to do and it was great to see that there was a local delivery option available too which I took advantage of. Received a phone call this morning confirming my order and to arrange delivery for a time which was suitable to me. I opted anytime today and loved the fact it got delivered within the hour. Absolutely great service from Jonathan who promptly delivered my wine to the doorstep with a smile. Will definitely return and consider Banstead Vintners as my first port of call for wine purchases in the future. Prices were competitive for the wine I was after, so I'm really pleased with the experience overall.”

“We had the best time at Prezzo last night. It was Thursday, and the place had such a warm, relaxed vibe perfect for winding down with the family. I was there with my kids and my wife, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. The food was great, the atmosphere was easygoing, and we all just felt happy to be there. What really made the evening special was our waitress, Darcy. She was absolutely amazing kind, switched-on, and seriously hard working. You could see she had a lot on her plate, but she handled everything with such grace and energy. She was patient with the kids, super thoughtful, and just had this brilliant way of making everyone feel looked after. My wife kept saying how lovely she was, and I couldn’t agree more. It’s rare to come across someone who’s not just good at their job, but clearly cares. Darcy made our night thank you again!”

“After some bad advice and treatment by another dentist I was in need of a solution for missing bottom teeth and a general overhaul. From the first consultation and every interaction after the team were understanding and courteous. I opted for a partial denture, which has been great! The follow up appointments to get the correct fit were no problem for Dr N Velan. With the other work completed and a few visits to the hygenist I can now smile with confidence again! “Great burgers, nice staff. Very nice experience. I ordered the spicy chicken burger (think it was called fiery chicken), with chilli fries. All of our food came out at the same time (starters and mains, actually fries came after the burgers and mains) hence the 4 * for service but the staff were great. I think it was just an unexpectedly busy evening.”
