“Grace is absolutely fantastic with the dogs she cares for, she is kind and knowledgeable and always puts the dogs needs first giving them the attention they need on their walks. Grace is always on time and is great at communicating any changes that may occur due to extreme weather etc. Grace offers a different walk experience every week for the dogs and selects different locations to give variety and stop them from becoming too familiar or board. She plays different stimulating games such as ball games, find the treat games to keep the dogs busy. Grace sets up special parties and dog sessions in safe fields with agility courses for the dogs. We always feel that Grace loves her work and never get the sense that she's just in it for the money like some other dog walkers. She is lovely, genuinely kind and patient and has given us so much helpful advice in training Hugo. Hugo sits waiting for Grace and is excited to go on the walk with his dog friends each week...we trust Grace 100% and are so grateful for all she does! Hugo also assures me that Grace and Aunty give the best sausage treats at the end of their walks!”

“All I can say is WOW! I took my male pomeranian to the pup shack today after only booking yesterday and Nadine was absolutely amazing!! Didn’t mind me waiting with my mums prized pom and the attention to detail and loving care she showed my boy was outstanding!!! The cut is amazing and my pom who is normally so scared of strangers took to her so well!! Finally found an amazing groomer local to both my home and Work whom I trust with my fur babies. “Serena is absolutely amazing! My friend recommended her to me following their own experience, and I can’t describe how pleased I am. My pup always comes out looking amazing, and I think he must love it there too as he always pulls to get back there now. Serena is also super helpful between sessions too, I’ve got a Spaniel that loves water and mud, so he gets a lot of knots etc but Serena has always helped me with tutorials etc over the phone when needed. I would highly recommend to anyone that has a puppy needing a first time groom, as he was obviously a big fan, but his subsequent ones have also been outstanding. Brilliant service”

“I reached out to Dan on recommendation from a friend as I had a bespoke idea in mind. I wanted to go to someone I could trust because Hatton Garden is a minefield. Dan was awesome, helped me with the design, the choice of gemstone, size proportion etc. and I was so so pleased with the result. “The team at Penguins Palace Swimming Company has been absolutely fantastic and very professional. My son's swimming instructor, Aaron, has been exceptional with him. My son attends a group session and I have not been disappointed in any way. The level of attention given to each child, including my son, is outstanding. Aaron ensures that every child receives the necessary attention and focuses on their individual areas of improvement. We are constantly updated and involved through WhatsApp, which I find incredible. Honestly, I have tried other local swimming pools that offer lessons and I was not impressed and saw no progress. However, since my son started here, I have seen a remarkable 100 percent improvement. He can now swim and is no longer afraid of the water, which was our main goal. The environment is very enjoyable and my son is always excited to attend his swimming lessons because of the caring and friendly atmosphere that Penguins Palace provides. Every penny I spend has been well worth it.”

“I couldn’t recommend Lucy’s services more. I had the best time learning baby massage with my newborn at her lovely home. Over a few short weeks it was wonderful to see how much my newborn enjoyed the different techniques and how his body changed during the course. He always had a good poo and a good night’s sleep afterwards! As a bonus, Lucy’s expertise across all things babies and feeding meant we could ask lots of other questions in a relaxed homely environment - ideal for a newborn mum.”

He was really nervous and unsure to start with but really quickly started to grow in confidence every week. “We did the Case of the Missing Gun room and really enjoyed it. We managed to make it out on time and found the puzzles challenging but not so tricky that we got discouraged. Our host was helpful and the ability to send clues by the machine was great. We've done the outdoor trails before but wanted to do one of their escape rooms now our children are older.”

“We booked Martin for our daughter’s sixth birthday party and he was wonderful. It was a two hour package which consisted of a 40 minute set at the beginning, followed by balloon making for the kids while they played and ate. Right from the outset, Martin was getting big laughs from the kids. I’d worried that 40 minutes was going to be too long to keep their attention, but I needn’t have as he easily kept them engaged (he also told me before starting that he gauges the audience reaction so if he can see a particularly young audience is having trouble staying engaged he can tailor the set accordingly). He was professional and very easy to work with. I’d thoroughly recommend.”
