Maggie absolutely loves her and is definitely part of the family when she is with her - she even knows the sound of her car and the excitement is more than visible!!! I have no doubt in my mind that she is expertly looked after. Heather only walks in small groups which was important to me as I like the fact that her attention is not divided, and I can guarantee that Mags has a good run - the pick up/drop off day care service is great as it means I can leave the house without a care in the world!”

She taught him a series of fun games through which he learnt how to be more obedient and his recall is amazing now! It has been almost 2 years and he is still enjoying the games D taught us. “We can't say enough amazing things about the Dog Shepherds team. Our dog Daisy has been part of their pack for 6 months and we've been so impressed by the level of care. Not only does she have a great time and get in a ton of exercise (as we get to watch every week the video updates they send us), but we've also seen so much behavioral improvement thanks to the Dog Shepherds team's dedicated training. They genuinely love and care for each dog, and have been an amazing support system - they went above and beyond when Daisy was experiencing some scary health issues. We take so much comfort in knowing that Daisy is in amazing hands whether it's during her weekday walks!”

“Had a great time here today. The pools were all well managed by the lifeguards, they were actively checking how busy the pools were, closing them at capacity, making sure children were using the slides correctly etc which was nice to see. The two smaller pools were great for my toddlers and they really enjoyed the slides. We travelled half an hour to get here as we don’t have anything like this near us so it was a nice change. The only improvement for us would be more family changing rooms as they were full when we got there and the small changing rooms were very tricky to change twin toddlers in. They can’t help the size of the building though! We’d visit again”

“I have been a member of White Oak for over 3 years now and do not plan on changing gym. I mainly go to the morning classes and we have very good experienced instructors in Yoga, kettlebell, Pilates, Zumba, circuit. The centre as a whole is very good although needs more cleaners and maintenance . I cannot comment on the cafe because I do not use it but it's always busy. The staff are lovely especially the ladies at the reception, Scarlet and Demi being some of my favourite. If you want value for money, this centre is probably the best around.”

“I've been taking my son here since he was a few months old for swimming lessons. The staff are patient and supportive and really care about the children and helping them feel comfortable in the water. Would recommend”

“Ah! What can I say! Forrest Hill Pools, is definitely my A1 in the Better Gym branches. A breathe of fresh air! Not only are the staff lovely, but the gym itself is alway spotless! Cleaners regularly cleaning and keeping the place hygienic, customers respecting the facilities by also keeping it clean and putting equipment away. Classes are always great! Darren is a fantastic trainer, always attentive of everyone in the group and always encourages you. Caroline who is on reception always has a wonderful smile on her face when you enter and greets you warmly, just a great start to your day especially if you’re like me who will wake up at 5am get washed and dressed and drive 30-40 mins to get here, you’re drained as it is, then you step in and are welcomed by lovely staff! It’s worth your travels! I haven’t been to this branch in a while, not fault of there own just circumstantial, but I will be returning shortly as they are thus far my favourite!!! Other than going to the gym and classes I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t comment on it, but will soon. They do junior gym which is great too, my son gets to come along with me at times before our home school hours which he enjoys. I also enjoy the virtual spin class. My only wish is that there was parking facilities but unfortunately there isn’t any but one disabled parking bay. Other than this there is nothing I can say against this Better branch. Well done to all the staff in this branch for keeping up good standards that is expect from your customers. Thank you because it makes the experience a good one.”

“Took my daughter to play and she absolutely loved it. So much for her to explore and plenty of kids visiting with their parents so made friends quickly to play with too. Lovely hot drinks and food. She loves the Toasties! Plus all clean and friendly staff. Will visit with her again.”

“Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. It was quiet, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay there or at another Toby Carvery again and would highly recommend it.”

“Lovely lady called Lianda who works here helped me and my friend with swimming lessons for our kids, she understood we would like them to be in the same class as they both are very shy and being together would encourage one another. Lianda was a super star even with being very booked up she managed to sort this out for us both. happy kids and happy parents. Definitely recommend this member of stuff she is so polite and easy to talk to.”

“Just Dance was the perfect activity to kick off a hen party weekend for a Beyoncé-obsessed bride. Fi was absolutely lovely, and managed to make even the most nervous and un-coordinated of us relax and enjoy ourselves, with lots of encouragement along the way. The game was hilarious, and we were all so proud of mastering the dance routine at the end - some of us have even resolved to go join dance classes after this! It brought together a group of people who hadn't all even met each other before, in the best way, and meant we bonded and were in the ideal hen-party mood! I'm so glad we chose Just Dance, and so grateful to Fi for creating what was one of the highlights of the weekend. Highly, highly recommend!”

“My daughter has been here since she was 5 months old, the care and the love she receives from the staff in her room is second to none. I adore the way the nursery is just like one big family all the children know all the staff and the staff know the children. There is a low turn over of staff and the food is wholesome and tasty. Highly recommend as a parent! My daughter has so much fun and comes home and you can tell she's had a day full of mess or creative play. And seeing her progress through the interactive learning diary help a me see where she is at.”
