“Good swimming pool with sauna and steam room. Gets understandably busy during school holidays so best to avoid those times! Plenty of changing cubicles, enough lockers and there are private showers and some hair dryers. Coffee shop has good selection of sandwiches and paninis which staff are happy to heat up. Some swimwear and accessories are available to purchase in the reception area. Plenty of parking.”

“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

“Reviewing the pool... It's an amazing facility... One of my favourite pools of London. Good temp, and often not too busy... Especially after you figure out when the lessons are on, which can take up two of the lanes (though swimming is to be encouraged, so carry on!) The changing rooms and showers are much cleaner of late as they have (finally) started policing the no shoes rule that previously was almost entirely ignored. Keep up the improvements Better, it's being noticed!”

“Circuit Training Fitness Class with Fabiana on Saturdays is extremely good! She is very professional, kind and supportive, and attentive! The circuit exercises are smart and good. Fabiana put efforts to explain it very well and with kindly manner which in my eyes makes it a good coaching. Also Strength Fitness Class with Albi on Sundays (he also works together with Fabiana on Saturday circuit often) is amazing. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I can approach him and ask any questions and he is so happy to demonstrate, support and teach with training techniques. I’ve already learned a lot because of his and Fabiana’s guidance. I love them! They connect and engage with people and that’s how it should be done. You actually leave the session knowing more and stronger. I recommend classes with them to everyone! Thank you ❤️”

“A big thank you to the all team in totstars! We organised our daughter 4th birthday party and we had an amazing experience. Kids enjoyed the staying... there was music, lots of decorations and party food was good and fresh. Our daughter has amazing memories about her party and great time with her friend in Totstar.... I would recommend it to anyone!!! A big thank you to Carla-Maria for being so supportive and understanding. Party was spot on!!!!!”

“The team at Winchmore Hill Dog Walking have been walking my Toy Poodle Bischon Frise cross for nearly 3 years it's a very professional, responsible and friendly service with insurance. Each dog has an identify tag with the service contact details. Andy and Elaine have also boarded my dog on numerous occasions I have not experienced any problems with the service or have I heard of any problems with the service.”

“The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.”

“A friend recently invited me to a midweek 2 hour spa session. The greeting at reception (Teesha) set the tone for a truly relaxing catch up. The relaxing area was very peaceful and the sauna and steam room were well maintained.”

“A friend and I only came here (from Hockley, near Southend) to use the showers after having run the Epping Forest 10km. We had been prepared to pay for a day pass, but also wanted to use the swimming pool to make it more worthwhile. However, when we asked at reception, we were informed that there is no swimming pool. We explained what our intention had been, and the lady on reception very kindly allowed us to use their showers free of charge. We were extremely grateful for this as we wanted to stay in Epping for the afternoon as this is where my friend's dad was from, and he had very recently passed away. I've no idea what the rest of the facilities are like, but the showers are great.”

“In all honesty, this is a fantastic nursery. My son really felt at home and his key workers: sukhi and saman, are amazing! He’s learnt so much from the staff there and they really do care about their children and are very nurturing. Their ethos and atmosphere is praise-worthy. It was my son’s last day today and I am so sad to say goodbye to this nursery. What made me even more emotional, was seeing the staffs sadness towards my son leaving. You can tell they have a family atmosphere in the school and children are made to feel at home. Thank you twinkle totz for all that you have done for my sons development. You will be missed.”

“The best of all the baby stay and play sessions I've attended so far. We started from infant bonding sessions and now attending 6-12 months. My son loves it there, they provide snacks and sing nursery rhymes each session. Emilia has outstanding care and great support.”

My son has recently passed out from Leyf and now moved on up to big school. Over the past 4 years he was been given what I would consider great nursery care and contributed a lot to his toddler development.
