The dentist put me at ease and took the time to discuss both my treatment and the general health of my teeth. The dentist was very patient with all of my questions, and the entire procedure and treatment did not feel rushed. I was welcomed by a very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced dentist. Coming from a patient who had a negative experience with Zoom Whitening in the past, this is the greatest scale and polish I've ever had; my teeth feel lighter, brighter, and much shinier right away . She is extremely well trained and knowledgeable, friendly, and kept making sure I was comfortable. Hearing this is what finally convinced me to book an appointment with him and place my trust in his care. I honestly do not regret that decision I made. Because of his gentle approach, his patience, and his reassuring manner, I now feel the complete opposite of how I used to feel. I feel calm, safe and genuinely at ease in the chair – something I honestly never believed would be possible. For that, I am truly grateful. “I go to General Auto’s regularly for my MOTs and servicing and they always deliver to an excellent standard. Recently went to have my clutch replaced in my car and the turnaround and advice they gave me was second to none. Also recently had my light bulbs in my car replaced and they were able to fix it and point out that the holder was snapped off which is why the light couldn’t be secured properly into place and offered me a solution (something all other mechanics and Halfords I’ve went to have missed!)”

The rooms have big TVs which are super useful to be shown any x-rays and pictures and actually understand your teeth a bit more, and make it easier to ask questions and be explained things.
