“Jemma has been providing our cleaning service for almost a year now. She is punctual and exceptionally thorough & efficient. I am always amazed at how much she can clean in a couple of hours! Jemma started when our baby was very small and we really appreciate how considerate & flexible she is working around a small baby who was often sleeping during some of the service. She is very accommodating when one of us is working from home by discussing when is best to clean the room we work in. Jemma is kind and incredibly trustworthy. She always communicates well if there’s any changes to our scheduled service or taking well deserved leave. We cannot recommend Jemma and Stay Home Stay Clean highly enough!”

“Another great day out, there was plenty to see and do. All the animals looked well cared for and fed. It was amazing how close you felt you were to some of animals. Including the lions and the sun bear. The glass so clean it was like it wasn't there. The shops were responsibly priced and depending on your budget they had plenty to choose from. The food was nice and was a generous portion. Overall we had an amazing day would I would happily return.”

The secondary section of the school is new and i can see that the headmaster and the rest of the staff are trying to improve all areas of the school. “Me and my partner visited this conservention centre as we had an experience booked with the porcupine for later in the day. We arrived just after opening time and we were welcomed to the centre. We were informed about the talks available, all the details about the animals, the toilet facilities and a map of the centre. The staff on site were very helpful and knowledgeable about the animals. We visited during the weekday so it was peaceful and quiet. Lovely. We saw plenty of animals from monkeys, otters, armadillos, wolves and of course, the porcupine who was very active and inquisitive Not sure what others are saying that it's small and very quick to walk around. We stopped at looked at every animal that we could see and it took us over an hour to walk around once. We walked around a few times, noticing other parts we missed the 1st time. The site was very clean. The animals seemed happy and cared for. Plenty of information boards to read about each animal We had lunch at the beautifully decorated cafe which was really nice and pretty decent priced. Plenty of veggie/vegan options as well as standard offerings. Then we had our encounter with Ben, who was very intelligent and informative about the animals. He explained everything to us and made us comfortable feeding Clouse, the porcupine and monkeys (forgot their names, sorry) The sloth didn't want to come down but we didn't mind. It was a brilliant experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Ben was excellent and he deserves all the credit. Thanks Ben. We got a lovely certificate for finishing the event which was a nice bonus to remember our time there I'd definitely recommend coming here. You won't regret it”

“We have had the best experience with My Montessori school in Brook Green. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, respectful, warm and lead by example. The teachers are very attentive to each individual child’s needs. We were warmly supported throughout the “settling in” process which was a new experience for us. The space is beautiful, peaceful, very calming colours, lots of natural light and the snacks provided are organic - these things are quite important to us. Our daughter is thriving, learning new things everyday and is very happy going to school! It is truly a breath of fresh air to have a school like this for our daughter to attend.”

I contacted Alex, the pharmacist, who said he would try his best to help me get it in time - but truthfully, I wasn't expecting miracles. Yet... yesterday Alex called me to say he'd secured my medicine and it would be with me on Friday (the day I needed it). I couldn't believe that (a) he'd actually been successful despite the availability issues, and (b) he'd had the kind heart to call me to put my mind at ease. I was super impressed by the way Alex went the extra mile and yes, my medicine did arrive today as Alex promised. This was excellent service.”
