Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!! You couldn't ask for a better experience.”

I see a few bad reviews, but I've never had a bad experience with the staff. It's a busy area and most merchants are under pressure, but personally, I'm always treated well here. “Finally a good Lidl store in the area. The Wembley Park store is way too small for the customers it’s got now, a nightmare to shop in. This one is much bigger with very spacious aisles. The self checkout area is also nice and large. So far it all very clean, be nice if the staff could maintain it like that but I’m not expecting that. In this day and age every retail store is way understaffed to be able to keep stores neat and tidy which is a shame. Still, I didn’t expect this store to be this big so that’s a plus. Never going back to the Wembley Park store again. Happy days. Note, I wouldn’t drive to this store though, very very limited spaces with more than half (I think) taken by electric chargers and disabled bays.”
