    “Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

I dealt primarily with Derrick over email, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He guided me through the whole process and arranged for the collection of the items. The driver who came to collect the collection was also professional, punctual, and friendly, and everything went very smoothly. Derrick kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The collection was thoughtfully split across three auction sales, and the first one has now been completed—every item in that sale was sold. I am so pleased with the overall experience and grateful for how sensitively and efficiently the whole process was handled.     “Needed to change beds so stopped by Hamseys as it's local. Served by Andy who was very pleasant and patiently showed us various options. He also has a sense of humour. We bought 3 beds and headboards, and the delivery came with free set-up. Having had such an excellent service in store we decided to replace existing headboards on other beds. Good prices on all items. The delivery guys were excellent also - they set up all the beds and headboards and took all wrappings away. These are not quite one month in place, so we hope the quality remains as good as the items look.”
