“I visit Madras Flavor at least once in 2 weeks, mainly for their vegetarian thali, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great consistency. The thali in particular is a real highlight — comforting, authentic, and satisfying every single time, which keeps me coming back again and again. On top of the food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and often plays nice Tamil songs in the background, which adds a homely and cultural touch to the dining experience. Overall, it’s one of my favourite places for authentic vegetarian South Indian food in West London.”

“All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “We had a great time at this Nepali restaurant. The parking right outside made it easy to get in. The food was delicious and had real Nepali flavors, all for a good price. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“My visit to wagamama was very good. I was seated by the window. The place was clean and very busy. I ordered a raisukaree curry. I had a free coffee on my app which I was able to redeem. The service was very nice and polite. Everyone was working hard and efficient from what I have seen. A girl named Nik was amazing, she made sure I am all set and looked after. Thanks Nik! “Wow what an awesome surprise waiting for us in the duty free section at London Heathrow. We stopped at Carluccio's for a bite and shared a wonderful picante pizza. Finished off with cappuccinos and canoli and lemon cake. Everything was perfect. Well done and highly recommended!!”

“Fantastic grilled food. The price is reasonable but they should increase the quantity. Went with 3 of my friends who love to eat out and they all enjoyed the taste of the food, my friends run a restaurant and getting a good comment from them says it all. Staff don’t speak good English but good enough to treat the customers with respect. We ordered chicken shish and lamb shish with extra chips. They got some place to eat in and it’s enough for people who like to have a quick fast food. Many items to choose from menu but highly recommended their grill foods. Lots of competition nearby but they stand out with the quality of food and friendly staff.”

“After a string of bad reviews I expected a slow, painful affair - but nope, am pleased to report that I had a great meal here, exactly what a weary traveler hopes for. Regarding the food, I give a particular shoutout to the Indian items. I can never get it spicy enough, and while not overwhelming, my request for “as hot as possible” yielded a respectable level of heat and lots of fresh peppers added (delicious!). Service was quick and pleasant, everything came out fairly briskly. They definitely have a captive audience but this was one satisfied customer.”
