“A fantastic practice! I first started seeing Dr O’Brien some 20 years ago. However, after moving very far away I eventually switched dentists (after still travelling hours to Bromley for a few years as I really did not want to have to find a new dentist). The service was never the same at my new surgery, and the customer focussed attention just was not there. This came to a head a month or so ago, so I decided to get back in touch with Rochester Lodge. They were nothing short of amazing and to my delight, Dr O’Brien was still there! “I phoned Beckenham dental centre on Sunday morning as I was in extreme pain from two teeth being extracted fom another dentist on the previous Wednesday. I was amazed I could be seen. The receptionist was very understanding, I had to wait a little but only about 15mins. I'm grateful I was seen at all. I think the dentist I saw was Dean, very pleasant and explained everything to me. He did an exam and took an xray of the extraction. He diagnosed dry sockets, washed them out and packed them, gave me the correct course of tablets. I'm an extremely nervous patient and loathe going to the Dentist, he completely put me at ease. I was even more flabbergasted at how reasonable the cost was, I was expecting to pay quite a lot and it was about a third of what I thought it would be. I would like to thank all the staff that dealt with me on Sunday 22nd June and would certainly recommend this Dental centre.”
