“I came in for a skin scanner analysis. The staff were really welcoming when I first arrived and Emma was great. She put me at ease, explained what she was doing every step of the way and was really clear when talking me through the results. She recommended some products and treatments that would help with my problem areas but I didn't feel pressured into purchasing or booking anything on the spot like I have in some places in the past. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming and the minute I step in the door I totally relax, especially if I know I have got a lovely facial to look forward to. I have had various treatments with both Vicky and Emily who are both really skilled therapists and I feel so at ease with both of them and am always very happy with the results. The prices are very reasonable and he will even suggest different looks that might look good. “Have spent few hours this morning, had a Sunday coffee by the pond. Very nice and quiet sitting area, staff is lovely and coffee was lovely. There were few tables inside but we sat outside and have a view of ducks in the pond, Church, park across the road and passing by traffic. I would suggest to visit on the weekend morning and enjoy some quality time there...... P.s. on Sunday the parking was free on the road leading to the meusem and tea room. Coffee”
