“I got an out of hours appointment last night. Easy to find.got in there spoke to ladies very helpful directed me to the lady round the corner. She was having a bit if a nightmare with her computer system bless her, but she was very welcoming and apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. Went in to see the doctor who was friendly,asked questions,examined me then gave me forms to have some tests done. Great service I would recommend this hospital xx”

“My son been looked after! We had a paramedic looking after a minor injury that as a result was a broken tumb. I don't remember the name of the paramedic but was able to identify the broken bone just after the assessment. The x-ray was just confirming her thoughts. Thanks and keep it up!”

“My local pharmacy and I am always greeted by my name when I enter which makes me feel very welcome. If I am low on medications he will get them ready for me the same day. My mum is on a lot of medication and he ensures these are ready every 4 weeks. Such a lovely pharmacy and the customer service is amazingly.”

“Got an A* in Intensive Psychology here and am at a top 5 UK uni now! I have never found an A-Level class easy and fun, the teachers had the perfect notes and lessons ready that I was shocked how quick I found it learning. I changed here after sixth form, I have NEVER met more caring teachers, especially Mr. Ahn for Maths. Though the heads may be dismissive, unnecessarily rude and mean at times, I overlook it as I believe the subjects teachers are genuinely eager to teach you, which is surprising as the teachers I've met in other schools do the bare minimum - my teacher here happily offered extra time after class for you EVERYDAY. I am surprised this is a lenient college with low entrance requirements. Even the bursary team was so nice, I lost my student oyster card and didn't have the money to get home, they went out of their way to find me a way to do so. They also gave me support through screening of learning difficulties which made me find out I was eligible for free time during exams. Also I got to go Korea for free with them! I think its unfair a place full of such good teachers have their reputation lowered because of their students, they should be more strict with who they accept - it's a great place to learn and I don't think misbehaving students deserve to mess around here.”
