Very well situated near the charming, tucked away pubs, bars and restaurants of Forest Gate, a stone's throw from Wanstead Flats, and a short walk to easy transport into central London. “Had a very nice lunch here today. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. Usually just visit for the garden centre, but my friend and I decided to eat whilst here. This is a great family run cafe/restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. We were seated quickly and served quickly, although it was fairly busy (and is normally packed out) I had the poached eggs with smashed avocado with an oat milk cappuccino. The coffee is very nice here too, probably the nicest I’ve had in a while. My friend had the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and it looked delicious. All tasted fresh and came quickly too. Extra seating now for when it is very busy, which meant we didn’t have to wait for a table today. Lots of variety on the menu, and some of the other food being served up looked delicious too. Glad to see this place is still open and doing well. The staff here clearly work very hard to provide great food and service. Very reasonable prices too. Would recommend.”

“visited the Archers with my partner for dinner and evening drinks. first time visiting and we were blown away by the service and experience we received. Our Server Tom, the Manager is a wonderful guy, very knowledgeable and friendly, my partner is lactose intolerant and they have a clever system in place to help with our dietary requirements. The food was gorgeous and the atmosphere was amazing. we were welcomed and greeted with a smile and received excellent customer service. Big Thank you and I will be highly recommending this wonderful venue to everyone.”

“Went here for the first time this morning with my husband before going to an appointment. Didn't even know this little gem of a cafe existed until today and its my new favourite.
