“lovely staff and good amount of seating area. i had the cinnamon roll more than once it was very nice! not everyone can perfect the roll but it suited my preference for it well. there’s an upstairs with a lighter environment great for doing work and a downstairs area which is a bit moodier but a nice place to read books just depending on your preference.”

“Before my football match i popped down to this café , it is a real gem. Not only is the food halal and very well prepared, but the customer service truly stands out. The staff are polite, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable. A great place to relax and enjoy — will definitely be coming back.”

“I have been going to the Retreat for many years. Sarah and the staff are so friendly, they make you feel welcome and at ease. The treatments are great, the monthly offers give a chance to try out new things. Sam usually cuts my hair but during her Mat leave Sarah has organised super cover stylists. “Great pizza at a great price. I love pizza and normally make my own, but sometimes I'm in the mood for a delivery pizza. I used to just get it from the chains, but wanted to try a local place so ordered their double pepperoni. Price was much better than ordering from a chain, the delivery driver was very friendly, and the pizza had plenty of cheese and toppings. Meat, cheese, and sauce were all very good, but the base/crust was one of the best I've had. They have a really flavourful dough and it was cooked perfectly, giving it a nice texture and slight taste of char from the pizza oven. Definitely will order again from here rather than other places!”

“I jumped on the bus going the wrong way to get home from ASDA . When I and the wife jumped off to head the right direction we decided to grab a bite when we saw the Plough. They were only serving Sunday Roast and I am extremely glad . I would have hated to have ordered something else and missed this great dish! Being from Texas there is a certain expectation when it come to cooked beef and this roast didn’t disappoint but you will pay for it. It’s a bit pricey for only 1 piece of beef but the quality was outstanding. I will return for more!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I’ve had sushi from Tashi sushi multiple times and it’s very cheap and decent quality . Altogether this came up to about £12.40 which I think is incredibly cheap for how much there is .”
