“I went to Lucky and his brother to fix my neck, and while they got most of the knots out, there was still one small knot left. They told me to come back the next day, and Lucky took care of it completely. Honestly, I had been losing sleep over this neck pain, but after Lucky worked on it, I felt amazing—I left with a big smile! I truly trust him, and I’d recommend him to anyone dealing with nerve pain, body aches, or joint pain. Lucky is your guy!”

“This place surely isn't the biggest or most privately contained cafe in a hospital, but that really is the beauty of it. Run by volunteers, these people were wonderful to talk to, and not only to see them with the choice to dedicate this time, but simply considering how long some have lived for (e.g. age 92), and how good their health is. Onto the actual cafe! The price of food here from sandwiches to cafe drinks is the type of reasonable I am expecting and am so happy to see, when comparing to such, including the Costa in the hospital. In my opinion that includes the range of cakes, biscuits and bars too! Having my [veg] sandwhich toasted made it extra fulfilling, and the cappuccino was super! And it gets better: All profits made, go to a certain division of the hospital. More people should visit this cafe to appreciate the efforts devoted by volunteers here. Hospitals should have more affordable, lovingly run cafe's like this! Obviously that doesn't even have to be as a patient!”

“A group of us turned up unannounced before they were officially open and we were invited in nonetheless. We shared the mixed grill which was superb. Meat tender and flavoursome, rice outstanding. Also some vegetarian dumplings which were delicious. Very attentive and friendly service from Kamran. Super good value for money.”

“We visited Watan as a large group of over 50 people and were very impressed with the experience. The team kindly provided us with the entire downstairs seating area, which made it comfortable and private for everyone. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. The ambience was warm and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere for our gathering. The food was delicious, with excellent presentation that showed real attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!”
