“Where do I start, after some disappointment from other kitchen suppliers I was recommended Net Kitchens. From start to finish, the whole process was simple and reassuring. Maj and his team were awesome and super professional, the design was miticulous and put together taking into consideration the most minute detail. The team stayed involved from start, throughout the installation and completion. The best thing is, it's all done in house no sub-contractors. Highly trustworthy, the funny thing was that i had to chase Maj throughout the project to pay him, he never mentioned payments but more worried about if I was happy with everything - Pretty 'RARE' these days. “I had my worktops fitted yeaterday and I’m over the moon with them. When I was looking for worktops, Mo was generous with his time and expertise in his showroom in Watford, and advised me not only only the worktops themselves but gave me advice about my kitchen renovation in general, as I’ve put it in myself. He arranged a template appointment for me which was carried out by a very knowledgable and helpful professional, and the fitting team who came two weeks later were equally as impressive. They listened to me, and patiently waited while I frantically made last minute changes to the shape of one of the rows of cabinets (completely my fault) and kindly and carefully accommodated those changes without any issues. “Extremely happy with the kitchen, excellent service and communication throughout. Finished product is excellent quality and more than I hoped for when starting the process. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and to compare quotes to some of the bigger chains. Design and quote process was simpler than other places and final quote was cheaper including a couple of extras that were not previously in the plans; so decided to go with Victoria Kitchens for the final design. Communication was excellent throughout, design process was very simple and collaborative. Quoted timescales for implementation were much quicker than competitors and the final build process started on time and was finished even quicker than originally quoted. “Our kitchen was looking decidedly tired and dark so an upgrade was needed. My first choice of kitchen designer had recently gone out of business so we decided to try the Kitchen Doctor. From the first visit to the showroom to the final completion, we have been delighted with our choice. The designer understood exactly what we wanted and came up with innovative ideas to overcome some structural problems. All of the fitters were highly skilled, very tidy and a pleasure to have in the home. There were a few supply problems but these were doggedly pursued by the company and resolved quickly. “I started my kitchen journey with Jacqueline and Karl at Casalife in June 2021 when I was doing a complete back to brick renovation of my bungalow. I had a series of delays with my build project during which, Jacqueline and Karl from Casalife showed remarkable patience, professionalism and a detailed. During installation, Casalife quickly resolved the few technical hitches encountered. Their preferred kitchen fitter, Michael was great. Now in 2024, I added some shelving options with Casalife’s help. And my kitchen feels complete. “Our kitchen project with Harvey Jones Chislehurst has just completed and we are delighted with the finished product. We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared. I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones. A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!”
