“We came here for our Honeymoon! We had a lovely stay! The staff was very sweet and decorated our room and was very accommodating with questions and requests. The location is perfect! We were able to walk to many attractions or hop on a bus or metro across the street. There is also a convenience store two doors down. The room was great, bed was comfy, and the kitchen was perfect for us. Big room for London! We will be staying here again next time we come to London!!”

“We hired this hall for the Mendhi as part of my daughter's pre-wedding celebration. The hall accommodated all the people invited and can cater for 170-180 people. The charges are extremely reasonable and communication with the team at the centre is exceptional. In particular Johanna and Paul were very accommodating. I cannot thank them enough.”

“Went down for 3 days in Easter holidays and ha really great stay. Landlord was helpful and easy to contact. Flat was really nicely decorated and easy to find. The apartments have gated parking and easy to get into. We kinda struggled with getting out though as found someone had to go outside to open gates then drive out. But we didn't check if easier way of opening carpark gates. Two lifts and wide stairs make for good disability access with ramps to entrance where car park is, and front I remember as being flat or gentle slope. Good signage for flat numbers making getting around inside easy. Window of the lat we stated in had view of carpark so not overlooking any other flats or overlooked.”

“My husband and I come to London each year for a shopping trip, and Rockwell East is now our favourite base. This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first! Our one-bedroom apartment was spotless, with a comfy bed, cosy bedding, great temperature control and a well-equipped kitchen for when we wanted to self-cater. The bathroom had fluffy towels, bathrobes and basic but nice toiletries — everything we needed. This year’s bonus was a free breakfast — a small but tasty buffet with cooked options, pastries, hams, cheese, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Lovely not having to cook in the morning! Special thanks to Nas at reception, who recognised us from last year and made us feel really welcome. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Rockwell East is clean, comfortable, well-located and great value. Highly recommended!”

“Brilliantly located self service apartments. Close to Aldgate tube. Clean and spacious. Minimal noise from any building works when we were there though scaffolding in place. Didn’t factor heatwave and needing aircon when booking but each bed room had a fan. Would definitely stay again.”
