“I've not shopped here but have used their returned parcel service. I had a pressure washer to return, and all the other shops were refusing to take it as they said it was too heavy and would be rejected. This chap told me the same, but he asked me to leave it there and see if the driver takes it. If he didn't, I would have gone back and picked it up. Thankfully, it was picked up, and I got my refund.”

“Dec 2025 Another visit to Robert Dyas in Harrow. It has a great choice of products ( plus, even a wider selection of otems online! ) I bought the table top football game for my nephew - great price. Lots of things for Christmas & general everyday items & more! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great Little shop that has everything.
