“I visited Woking branch yesterday in the hope of tracking down a pair of arch fit slip ons in my size which were not available on line or at another branch I had tried. The two assistants who came to my aid were so nice and helpful. They ordered my size and to my delight were delivered to my home around 24 hrs later.
