Initially I had high anxiety as the person who hit my car was refusing to give his full details and wanted to settle in cash so we all felt suspicious of an uninsured driver. Ageas team advised me at every step of the process, yet still allowed me full autonomy over my decision. The process was seamless, you upload photos to a portal and every time you call there's an immediate text message and/or email with a confirmation of the step you agreed. Probably the best use of digital technology I've seen in years. Full payment was in my account within 16 days, which would have been ever faster had I not taken time to make my decision. Highly accessible process and friendly operators.”

I had questions about the documentation, and, despite getting one answer the next day by email, I took a chance and went to their Croydon office (near me) in the hope of getting other questions and clarifications resolved in person, by a human being. Ten minutes after turning up unannounced, Hamiyd Saleem met me at reception, where I'd had a free coffee, and proceeded to resolve all my questions within about 20 minutes. He explained things, printed and emailed updates to my policy, and voluntarily gave me a 30% discount on the premium to compensate me for my inconvenience. Unbelievably good customer service. Mind you; I buy insurance and never claim so maybe my experience may change if I ever do. But so far so impressive. Recommended.”

Even though I wasn’t at fault, I’ve heard so many horror stories from friends that I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I’m so glad that all my fears turned out to be entirely unfounded. One of the reps at MG took care of everything, told me what to sign and when and gave me a run down of all the information they needed and even explained why which made me feel a whole heck of a lot more comfortable. My premium didn’t even end up going up! I’m so glad I have my insurance through them. I feel so bad for all of my friends who have had such awful experiences with their insurance.
