“Brilliant!! Want to update my previous review after using this company again for the 3rd time. This company is highly recommended by my husband and I. We have used them on a few occasions for airport transfers and their kind, helpful service from South Ockendon is brilliant. We especially want to express our thanks to Kerry, Brian, and our driver Alan, who went above and beyond to help and support us when our EasyJet flight was delayed by 28 hours. They were just wonderful when we felt stranded and helpless. Would never use anyone else. It’s when things go wrong that a company shows it’s strength and Station Cars in South Ockendon (sometimes listed as AA New Station Cars) outshines the rest. Thank you to all the team. “Booked taxi transfer from Heathrow to central London hotel. Great service, received name, photograph of driver in advance. He was there to meet me despite flight being delayed by almost 2 hours. Didn't arrive at hotel until after midnight and the entrance was very unobvious but the driver didn't just leave me stranded and made sure I could get access to the hotel before driving off. Would recommend Hook Airport Transfer Taxis and use them again”

They took my provisional booking and honoured it even though i couldn't confirm the actual transfer until the afternoon before due to issues with the house purchase/sale process! Tilbury taxis were so helpful and provided 3 x 8 seater vehicles with lovely drivers.
