Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!! You couldn't ask for a better experience.”

The team members are very polite, friendly, highly knowl3dgeable in what they do, and they make a great coffee, too. The downsides are that the place is rather small (seating 20 people at best) and the food is not that great -- this is standard for Costa, and it has nothing to do with this place itself. No parking spaces, yes toilets, yes accessible entrance. Always great for a cosy, albeit sometimes noisy, place to meet and grab a coffee.”
