“Great little pub this. The staff are great, it wasn’t so busy and I can could pay up in front for my drinks and have then at my pace. I had the lamb chops but I forgot to take pictures but I manage to get a picture of the menu. Great food. It’s kind of like Prince of Wales from Southall.”

“Fantastic grilled food. The price is reasonable but they should increase the quantity. Went with 3 of my friends who love to eat out and they all enjoyed the taste of the food, my friends run a restaurant and getting a good comment from them says it all. Staff don’t speak good English but good enough to treat the customers with respect. We ordered chicken shish and lamb shish with extra chips. They got some place to eat in and it’s enough for people who like to have a quick fast food. Many items to choose from menu but highly recommended their grill foods. Lots of competition nearby but they stand out with the quality of food and friendly staff.”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

She was kind and helpful, she answered all of my questions and confirmed with the delivery man if the furniture will fit in the doorway. The delivery was fast and straightforward. I am satisfied with the purchase and the survice.”

“Mr Khan cooked today the most wonderful lamb tandoori chops superb. Followed by an excellent biriani with chicken lamb and prawns topped with an omelette and a vegetable curry sauce. “We as family had to visit VFS office at Hounslow for work. Elsie at Hounslow branch was patient supportive and guided us promptly each time. Elsie was organised and thorough and advised what to be done. She gave us enough time to go back after making appropriate changes to papers. The intake at the entrance is well managed so no one misses their appointment. Good staff and good environment. Happy with service.”
