“Just come home, what a fantastic meal we had, everything from food, service and atmosphere was all perfect! Not sure how long this little gem has been here but 100% recommend and will be back, 2 courses and a bottle of wine about £65pp and we have enough food for dinner tomorrow which we was able to box up. “It always surprises me why we do not go more often to Iceland as it always has what we want at very reasonable prices. The Iceland in Upminster is very convenient as it has parking close by and the buses and train station is only a short walk. The only criticism would be that they do not have enough staff on the tills but having said that the queues do move quickly.”

“The best fish and chips in Upminster. A long-standing family-run business that has been on the highstreet for as long as I can remember. The food is always made fresh, and the taste is not bettered in Upminster. There is also a restaurant should you wish to dine in, I'd recommend booking as seating is a little limited.”

We must have changed our minds over a dozen times, but Ken had great patience with us. We had a couple of minor issues with installation, but the team worked professionally and promptly to rectify. “M & S Food is located opposite Upminster Railway station with easy access to the ground floor and access for wheelchairs. The rear access has a lift that takes you to the ground floor - wheelchair friendly. Has limited on-site parking but check the parking conditions for payment. Behind M & S there's a separate carpark I think Rooms department store owns, again check the carpark conditions for payment which is affordable for the area. M & S food there's a good choice from the classic item to something special and affordable compared to other food shops of it's type. On many visits I always receive great service and it's a pleasure to shop in the store.”

“Guys I tried flames first time and as far as takeaways go for a small business they really do know there stuff when it comes too food ,I've eaten from flames many times and from experience I've never had a bad meal and even on the odd occasion when it's been longer than usual in waiting for the delivery they have always been apologetic,the portion sizes are genouros and is very reasonable price wise ,speaking from experience id highly recommend flames kebabs it's very satisfying,a special mention for there chicken diner ,,very nice”
