“Another great meal at Bartellas. Love this place! We ordered some olives which were delicious and a generous portion and a bottle of Picpoul de Pinet which was excellent. I had a lunch of chicken saltimbocca with mushroom sauce and garlic potatoes, my friend had an amazing burger and we shared a side of spinach. We had tea and coffee afterwards. The staff are excellent as was the service and friendliness of our fabulous waitress, Vendi. Well done team!”

We didn't book, we arrived on a busy Saturday lunchtime, and they had a table for me, my husband, and 2 dogs. The food was delicious! we both had burgers. Would definitely visit again if I was travelling past.”

“This is by far the best thai food I've ever tasted..great portion size and excellent value for money.. really friendly staff. “Mark is a pleasure to deal with. He has a wealth of experience with exotic and luxury cars. You'll always see some interesting marque of car in his (spotlessly clean) workshop. He recently swapped out the front bushes on my XFR and changed the brake fluid. Prior to that a full service including drive and supercharger pulley belts. He came recommended to me from two different car enthusiast forums. Mark certainly isn't the cheapest, but he is very diligent and thorough and always insists on using genuine OEM parts. Mark spent plenty of time with me before and after explaining things and showing me the condition of old parts that had come off the car (e.g. The bushes and the old belt). Highly recommend.”

“For work purposes, I've stayed on and off at this hotel for 28 years. Always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds and bedding very comfortable. Food has never been anything but good and there's never been a problem pre-ordering whilst I visit the small gym. Access to the hotel is easy from the A2 but road noise is minimal and there's plenty of parking. My go to hotel when I'm working in this area - far better than a identikit chain.”
