I recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant during my stay in Kingston, and I must say, it was a great experience. I ordered the fish and chips, and not only was the food delicious, but the portion size was generous and definitely worth the money. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s always nice to be treated with such warmth and professionalism. “The Nest climbing is a fantastic facility for your bouldering adventures. The staff and people make it a very friendly and welcoming place for climbers of all ages and skill levels to participate in the sport we love. There are a number of expert led small grouped classes to participate in between your time on the wall helping you build mobility and strength in order to progress in your climbs. I can recommend this place highly enough.”

The staff know their menu very well, perfect selection of wines as well, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the boerwors, rump steak, mealie bread and the magical edible candle, what a clever innovative idea, loved the taste of the candle. “Yesterday we visited Al Hyderabadi Mandi & Biryani, and honestly, the experience was amazing. The ambience was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We ordered Lamb Mandi, Apollo Fish, and Chicken 65, and the taste was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Alhamdulillah, we really enjoyed the food. “Tried KK Chicken and Pizza recently and honestly, it was great! The hot wings were super crispy and really tasty , definitely a must-try. Their chilli sauce was fabulous, packed with flavour and just the right amount of kick. The BBQ wings also tasted really good, nice and smoky. On top of that, the customer service was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Will definitely go back!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I recently ordered from India Village Bromley and was really impressed. The food arrived on time, piping hot, and beautifully packaged. The curries were rich and full of flavour — you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The chicken tikka masala was creamy without being too heavy, and the lamb rogan josh had tender pieces of meat that melted in the mouth. Portion sizes were generous, and the naan bread was soft and fluffy (not greasy like some other takeaways). The spice level was just right — enough heat to keep it interesting but still very balanced. Customer service was great too — friendly and helpful when I called to check on my order. This has definitely become my go-to Indian takeaway in Bromley. Highly recommend if you want authentic, high-quality Indian food!”

Both the ladies last night working was brilliant. Zara1 is busy from the moment it opened, I don't think I have ever seen it empty. Amazing value for money and we get so many different dishes and all share between us so we have a good variety of the menu. We spend around £40-50 between 5/6 of us.”

“Mix grill was one of the best, good value, can be starter for 2 to start with. Chicken Birayani was superb and I also order chicken curry with bone , I would prefere bit more masaladar with green chilli spiced, like Desi Falvor and, it's says ghee may be more brown butter, Garam Desi Flavour Garam Masla and brunt ghee ! Garlic Naan was superb. Papadam and all relish, dips were fantastic, eveything Desi style, my son love the raita, I love that red spicy sauce and tamarind chutney. What you need with chillied Cobra beer and all of this. See you guys again with all of my friends and family. Kudos to Chef and his team.”

“Visited yesterday for the first time, we only live round the corner and had no idea it was here! Will definitely be a regular breakfast spot now. The breakfast was amazing, good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly and a good portion. My partner got my tea order wrong asking for milk in it, the girl behind the counter was happy to change it (thank you!) She was lovely, very polite and friendly. Lots of dog walkers passed by, seems a very dog friendly area which is nice, big park outside for running around. Overall a lovely little cafe. Parking was a little confusing, not sure if its because it looks like there is some rennovations being done next door the car park was closed off, but parked down the road and walked up, was only a minute away.”

“Great food, great service and a warm welcome. We had the vegetarian platter and it was delicious. The injera was lovely - light and fluffy. I have taken a couple of stars off for atmosphere - the lighting seemed very bright so a cafe atmosphere rather than a restaurant (to be fair, it does call itself a cafe, but the food was definitely restaurant quality) and the loo, while clean, had no paper or hand towels. This may have been because we arrived quite late and caught them on the hop.”
