I thought, based off the work I have seen in reviews, it would be good but it completely exceeded my expectations. It also didn’t take as long as I expected (but it definitely took a while. To reiterate, that is much better than rushing and having a poor result). I will never take my shoes anywhere else to be fixed or altered. Totally worth the money. Thank you so, so much.
