“Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere for brunch. For me this place is a little gem as, since I moved to the area, I struggled to find a brunch place where they offer less "traditional" (and greener) breakfast options, finally I found it and I love the homemade hash browns with avocado and feta cheese! The park view is lovely and adds to the experience! Will definitely go back.”

“I’ve been here twice. The first time, I got the brisket sando with duke chips which was very yummy. The second time, I got the smash burger with the mac n cheese, which was yummy too! My family had the smoked brisket and the lamb neck. I tasted those too and they were delicious. The food looked exactly like what was shown on the menu and the portion sizes were generous! Sharon was lovely and very attentive and provided excellent customer service.”

“I contacted TAG a day before to collect some coffee grounds for my allotment to use for composting. They were very responsive and kind enough to give me a bag full. Very kind staff members and good communication. I love their interaction in Instagram where I found it the easiest to get in contact. They do a nice hot chocolate and cappuccino. “Firstly I'd like to mention Shakshi. She is an absolute gem and lovely person. Since we've being dinning at Social Dhaba, which is now several years, she's been there and is an asset to the establishment. Her level of service, warmth and attention to detail is exemplar and makes our experience so much better. The food here is always on point. Perfectly balanced flavours and ever never had a dish that we've not enjoyed. We get a real variety of dishes from the menu, including the mix grill, salmon, basil paneer, avocado chat, garlic prawns, tardka dhal and some naans and breads. However, the best dish has to be the Handi Chicken curry. It's just amazing and a defo must. From the desserts, you have a selection of the classics, all of them fantastic so you can't go wrong. This place is regular for me and is always a place I recommend to others and take family and friend's to when in need for a really good Indian.”

“Superb pizzas that have a fluffy and flavoursome base combined with fresh toppings to make a pizza good enough to rival top Italian ones. SDC is my top places to go to for high quality pizza. Also the triamasu is delicious if you have the space for it! Nice atmosphere and decor. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I even spoke to one of the owners who was a super friendly and hard working chap.”

“Just been here with 3 of my friends, we loved it, the atmosphere was great, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. And at the end of the meal they brought out these white tinny round things that turned into wet napkins once water was poured onto them, to wipe our hands, how cool that was. They also served us free mint tea and Baklava dessert after the meal”

“I really like this restaurant on the high street. The service is great and the decor and atmosphere is nice too. Never rushed to leave after finishing dinner, rather get left until we ask for the bill. It’s great for kids too as they have a nice mix of dishes which are big enough for my 13 and 10 year old girls. Food is nice a flavoursome. The staff here are all really nice and will give us good advice on the types of dishes we might like. I am a bit adventurous with my food and my family rather like the same. I always try different things and so far everything has been amazing and causes me to keep coming back. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some tasty food. It’s restaurants like this that we need to remain on our high streets. Keep up the great work and we look forward to coming back soon.”

“Finally a place that understands what a skinny flat white should taste like! The black forest gateau was lovely just need more cherries and it's syrup in the middle which would have made the cake moist and ohh so delicious! I'd definitely be going back for more skinny flat whites!”

“We spent our Wednesday night at Black Horse eating the Kenyan Koroga. Best value curry I’ve had for years. The chef (Shamim )made our food exactly as we described and could see all the ingredients he used. It took approx 45 mins and included rice and naans. Highly recommend and I will definitely be returning. Dhruv at the bar was flawless, serving pints in seconds.”

“Exactly a year ago my wife and I got married here and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Ania and the team really looked after us on the build up and throughout, with great communication via email and in person. We added some dishes to the set menu and the team were so attentive bringing in the food and serving our friends and family. Luckily, they do a solid Sunday roast so we’re often back for a visit!”
