“This gent booked me in same day and after 20 minutes in his garage I drove away with aircon regassed and working like new again. All for 40 quid. Quite a contrast to Kwik Fit, where I booked an 0830 appointment the day before, pre paid 65 pounds, took the morning off work to be there, only to arrive and find out that aircon specialist didn't show up to work that day. Customer service is always better with local businesses like Khan's. Top man.”

“I have visited this store on a number of occasions, and never had an issue with the service. The click and collect service is great, as with other times I had to pop in store to purchase something which was not available on click and collect. The staff have always been polite, and my recent visit to the store today was seamless. I went in to collect a reserved item which was engine oil. I was served by Yasine who was helpful, I was literally in and out of the store within 2 mins flat! “I've used Hatch End Cars on and off for over 7years for airport trips. Some for business and some for family holidays. For my most recent family holiday (4 adults +3 children +luggage 7 pcs) we had booked a large merc Vito. It was comfortable clean and our driver was very helpful and accommodating. The car arrived on time and got to the airport on time and stress free. Booking a few days in advance and having the WhatsApp confirmation and communication makes HEC very reassuring. Our return was booked at the same time and when we arrived at the airport the immigration queues were horrendous over 1hr waits. I simply replied via their WhatsApp message confirmation to inform HEC and within minutes the driver called to reassure me that he is around the corner and will wait for my call before entering the airport parking. Smooth, easy, reliable and great communication is what you need after a long flight and airport immigration chaos. 100% recommend Hatch end cars. I will never go elsewhere. Another group of out same family did not book HEC- cancelled booking at short notice and didn't even turn up for pick up as they got the date wrong even after calling to confirm the day before. Go with HEC you will not be let down.”

“My experiences at the Rusty Bike Cafe are BLISSFUL. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS (I recommend the soup with fresh Artisan bread) and the prices are remarkably reasonable (£4 for a generous quantity).
