I really want to shout out Jo (on front desk) and Farrel (in the workshop) I was turned away from numerous garages for a “tricky” light bulb change. However these ladies sorted this out for me in less then 20 mins! They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly persistent! They did not give up! Took the car in, and through no fault of PDQ, an air filter hadn't been delivered, and when queried Neil rang ECP, who admitted they cocked up. ECP had the part delivered and Neil managed to get that item done Pretty Damn Quick! Decent outfit, not used them before, but would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.”
