He was really friendly and patient, and took his time to make sure I was happy with the service. They fitted me in really quickly, flagged some other issues with the car that I hadn't spotted and gave me a really competitive quote on getting everything done, and took the time to touch up a few extra spots free of charge. The work Mark and the team do is fantastic - they turned it around two days quicker than originally quoted, and the car came out looking brand new, so much so the lease inspector said it looked like it had barely left the showroom.
