“Love this place. Olivia is so very good at her job. I’d given up trying to be blonde as the last few places I’d tried had frazzled my hair. I came here on one last attempt and probably very annoyingly reminded her about the safety of my hair a few times. There was no need. “The staff here were soo AMAZING!! My husband and I were looking for a dress for my birthday - didn't know what colour or anything, just that we would know it when we saw it. We saw it here in the display window. The staff and other patrons were very complimentary when they saw it on me. We also got a pair of shoes to compliment it! (There is also diamond factory in HG) Very helpful person working there and we had good selection to look at. “Very clean, spacious accommodation with parking directly in front of the small hotel. I booked it for my visiting family and we were very happy. The double aspect room for two contained a king size and single bed with TV and small fridge, etc. The room was heated before our arrival to a cosy temperature for winter. Enough room for luggage. Lovely high ceilings with crisp white walls and bedding. The hotel is connected to an Indian Restaurant, but the rooms did not smell of spices at all, in case you were concerned. Flexible booking in and out. Friendly staff. We will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”
