“I regularly come here for manicures and pedicures, Raluca is absolutely lovely, professional and makes my nails look perfect every time. From cuticle work to nail finish, whether I’ve arrived with broken nails or having chrome powder. She takes her time, is detail orientated and I have always left happy with the results. My nails last incredibly well. It’s a lovely experience, from the warm welcome from the lovely staff, tea, chocolate, the salon is spotlessly clean and tools are sanitised.”

“I got a wax by Angelica the other week and I'd highly recommend her! I was her last client of the day and even though I could tell she was a little tired as it had been busy, she still put the effort into making me feel comfortable (well as comfortable as you can getting a wax!). I'm learning Spanish and she was nice enough to chat with me throughout in Spanish so I could practice :) Highly recommend her and I'll definitely be returning!”

“I had an amazing experience here at Xtrim. Zeel was so incredibly nice and friendly. She greeted me so warmly when I walked in and when I told her I think I’m falling a little ill and have a slight headache she went the extra mile to give me a head massage when washing my hair and adjusted the temperature without me asking. She asked me what I wanted and listened to me attentively whilst giving some great tips too! We had a great chat and honestly felt like we were friends having a catch up! Would highly recommend :) Service, communication and over all experience 10/10!”

“I had my moustache waxed today by Mazeda and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly sweet and kind, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The waxing itself was done quickly and efficiently—no fuss, no unnecessary discomfort. I could tell she used high-quality wax, because the redness afterward faded super quickly, and my skin looked soft and smooth almost instantly. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish.
