He was really friendly and patient, and took his time to make sure I was happy with the service. They fitted me in really quickly, flagged some other issues with the car that I hadn't spotted and gave me a really competitive quote on getting everything done, and took the time to touch up a few extra spots free of charge. Within half an hour of my call, someone had come and collected my car.
