“I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.”

They were terrific during the pandemic also. Give the poor staff a break or go work in a supermarket and see how you like the long hours and the rubbish pay!”
