“Gave these a ring after my LG OLED stopped working. They came and collected the TV a few days later and returned it 10 days after that. A much better service than I was getting from LG who has no interest in providing any after sale service. TV is working perfectly again. 2 great guys collected the TV. Very polite and knowledgeable. When they returned the TV one of them explained the fault and why they carried out the type of repair they did. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and that price never changed. Great service, highly recommended.”

“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. I’m ashamed I can’t recall names but the service was perfect with everyone I met. Thank you guys See you again soon TG”

We were sat in the conservatory which was cold and the food took longer than necessary but the food was adequate. Made better only by the millionaires fodue dessert.”

“We had a lovely evening for my son’s 25th birthday. Our table for 6 was set up by the window as requested. From the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome and service levels were excellent. My sons lamb shank madras was in his words “probably the best meal he has ever had” (highly recommended ) if you are not sure about what to have the family owners will always suggest a dish to try, even making bespoke dishes too. The icing on the cake is you can bring your own alcoholic drinks with no corkage added, they even put them in the fridge for you and bring the glasses.”

Fresh fish not frozen, crispy batter was perfect Chips are frozen but proper chips and not those skinny things so ofyen served in pubs, garden peas or mushy peas and served with a wedge of lemon. Could ask for better and only £3 more than the local chippy which incidentally is also very good. Staff are great with a real local atmosphere so 5 stars from me”
