“Guys I tried flames first time and as far as takeaways go for a small business they really do know there stuff when it comes too food ,I've eaten from flames many times and from experience I've never had a bad meal and even on the odd occasion when it's been longer than usual in waiting for the delivery they have always been apologetic,the portion sizes are genouros and is very reasonable price wise ,speaking from experience id highly recommend flames kebabs it's very satisfying,a special mention for there chicken diner ,,very nice”

“Probably the best chinese takeaway in the area. The quality of food is amazing, and the taste is second to none. I occasionally try Chinese from other places but they always leave me disappointed when compared to here. Tasty noodles, amazing chicken satay, satay sauce is 5* on its own. You can guarantee anything you try from here will leave you wanting more. Friends who aren't from the UK always say this is the best Chinese they've ever had. Every time she’s working, the food is consistently fresh, perfectly made, and exactly how I like it. Having worked at Pizza Hut as a RGM for 3 years, I can confirm I know my product quality and standards. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure the order is spot on, and you can really tell she takes pride in what she does. Honestly, I try to only order when Hafiza is working because the quality and care she puts in just can’t be matched. Maybe she can train the boys as their pizzas just aren’t at the same level. Hafiza is the reason I keep coming back – Pizza Hut Rainham is lucky to have her!”

“as part of my 60 pound order, it was supposed to have a pot of curry sauce and a sweet n sour sauce that I payed for but was missing out of the order. When I rang up to tell them. I got insulted by being told to check again to make sure it wasn’t there. Then I got told it my house was too far away to send just sauces out. After convincing them to deliver the sauces. They never ended up turning up. When I rang back after an hour of not eating my food. They stopped answering the phone to me. Terrible customer service. Won’t be using them again. Shame as the food is good…….when it arrives”
