We have been to several private hospitals over the years (Lister, Chelsea Westminster, Portland, etc), and have to say that New Victoria Hospital was amongst the best. “We were reluctant to use these vets due to the reviews on Google. However, we had no choice and the vet we saw was actually brilliant, as were the reception staff. They saw us promptly and billed us fairly as it was post op complications (from another practice). The vet was great with our dog, very thorough, and communicated well throughout.”

“We love this nursery. Our two boys have been going here since October 2023 and they enjoy it very much. The staff turnover is minimal and the teachers are lovely, professional and kind. The bigger nursery chain they went to before was much more expensive, the teachers changed constantly and our older one was reluctant to go in. We have none of those issues here and are very happy with our nursery choice. The nursery manager Claire is also very nice to deal with. There are two 197 nurseries close to each other and our boys go to the bigger one across from Alexandra school. As an example of the level of care, there was major train disruptions recently and we couldn’t get home to pick the boys up on time. The teachers stayed with them until almost 8pm and didn’t even complain when we finally got there. The have very reliable and attentive staff here.”
