“I booked Organic Beauty Surrey for a mani/pedi for my wedding party and Laura (and her neighbour Debbie) were absolutely wonderful. I felt so lucky to have found this place! I was looking for a relaxed setting to do mani/pedis with my bridesmaids and mother the day before my wedding (a party of 5 total). It was surprisingly difficult to find as most manicure/pedicure salons or spas cannot accommodate more than 2 at a time (usually requiring the rest of us to wait elsewhere). When I stumbled upon Organic Beauty Surrey it was exactly what I was looking for and simply perfect. Laura was super communicative throughout the booking process and so accommodating. When we arrived, Laura and Debbie welcomed us as if we were old friends and the service and treatments were impeccable. I was so happy to have a relaxed, private and friendly setting to be with my closest family and friends before my wedding! On top of that it goes without saying the manicure and pedicure themselves were professional and amazing! Thank you so much to Laura and Debbie for the wonderful and relaxing experience. “We decided to come here for our dog Candy to have a check up, as she had not been herself and we noticed her stomach was hard/ sticking out. The vet Paloma, decided candy needed to have blood tests as she was concerned about her stomach. Immediately the vet knew that Candy had pyometra and they had to operate as soon as possible as this was life threatening. She explained this to us and we were completely in shock and unaware that such infection existed. Candy’s previous owner did not get her spayed and we never knew there was a risk to this. We went ahead with the surgery and this was obviously a big shock and we were very upset, the ladies working here were very nice and reassured me Candy was in safe hands and offered me a hug. The surgery was successful and we took Candy home the same day and they provided her with a cone and medicine and advised us of aftercare for her. We went for a post op check up the next day and they were happy with how everything looked. Now yesterday we returned for the last check up and we were told that she looks great and they don’t need to see us again. We signed Candy up for the complete care plus health plan, as we really like this branch and the staff. Thank you for the excellent services, I will definitely be recommending this branch.”

“A Turkish shop that has a wide variety of products and offers some of the essential products from most countries. I recommend it to you to get to know the food diversity of the Middle Eastern culture. There is also a butcher shop at the end of the shop.”

“I looked online for a country style kitchen and fell in love with the Homebase cream Country Shaker kitchen. I decided to pop into the Staines Homebase to take a look at it in person and was greeted by kitchen designer, Aneisha Muhammad. I explained the look I was after and she immediately sat down at her computer and designed my new kitchen. Aneisha is a very experienced designer and was able to made use of every inch of space and while my focus was purely on the look of the kitchen, she made sure it was practical for every day use. As well as the design, Aneisha did everything possible to make sure I did not miss out on special offers and deals. I was delighted with the design plan and ordered the kitchen. Homebase gave me details of a builder who had glowing reviews and the kitchen installation was very quickly booked in. During the installation, Aneisha continued to work closely with the builders to ensure a smooth installation. Hearing from others, having a new kitchen is a very stressful experience, but for me it was the complete opposite. Working with Aneisha was a wonderful experience. She is such a lovely, friendly person who took care of everything without any fuss. I received a very personal service and a genuine interest in my new kitchen. The end results speak for themselves and I have had so many “WOWS” from friends and family who have seen the new kitchen. Thank you Aneisha and Homebase for delivering my dream kitchen.”

“We were reluctant to use these vets due to the reviews on Google. However, we had no choice and the vet we saw was actually brilliant, as were the reception staff. They saw us promptly and billed us fairly as it was post op complications (from another practice). The vet was great with our dog, very thorough, and communicated well throughout.”

“Perfect place for your cat to stay whilst you’re away - lovely owners, who clearly adore cats and provide bespoke care to each cat, including cuddles to our highly nervous shy girl. Socialising with other cats is also allowed if your cat is happy to. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“My partner had his hair done here for the first time, compared to where he has been previously, he said this place is great. They clean their blades and it’s very clean inside. A great atmosphere too, everyone is really friendly. His hair looks great, really nice skin fade compared to some places, you get what you pay for and more. Overall super nice people. He has now permanently changed his barbers to this one as he liked it so much. 10/10”

“Been using this barbers since my eldest child was 1 and a half (now nearly 13) and was terrified due to terrible experience else were, went to gents and never looked back they where/are amazing with him, as well as my other son who is 10 but has been going there since day dot. both my boys refuse to go else where and in all the years have never ever had a bad experience. Excellent hair cuts, amazing friendly staff so welcoming my 10 year old also is a SEN child and they have been nothing but brilliant. I would and still do recommend them to absolutely everyone!”

“We booked our five month old boy to stay for a long weekend whilst we went away for our anniversary. We were worried because he is still so young but the entire establishment is like something out of a fairy tale! Lovely staff, amazing accommodation and amenities for the cats and such great value! We just picked our boy up and he was so relaxed and happy to see us which is a testament to how well he was cared for in our absence! We will use this cattery again and again. Thank you so much!”

Great setup and really easy to use their kitchen to do the food ( there was the option for them to do it as well) Staff member really helpful and no issues at all. “Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”
