Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention. He could see that I was scared when I asked him to just take the tooth out, it has given me trouble for half of my life and I have always been scared to have the tooth removed but today I just wanted it out and the pain it causes me gone. Well I felt nothing and I'm so relieved that it is now gone thanx to Mr Vikas Bakshi he put me at ease and the the procedure was over from start to finish in 15 minutes, I can't recommend him enough he has changed my life by helping today so thankyou very much Vikas!”
