“This review is for the pharmacy: I have not experienced the issues in other reviews, apart from one time when they were unable to find a prescription that had been dispensed. I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in my experience which is generally weekly.”

“The staff are amazing, very helpful and caring and help to make sure you have been given the correct medication. If they do not have what you need they will obtain it and keep you informed. Sometimes you do have to wait a while but that is probably because they take so much care of each person.”

“Highly recommended local pharmacy. I've just changed (literally a few moments ago!) to PSM for prescription delivery. This used to be my main pharmacy years ago, so I knew Mum well! but I then moved jobs and my GP surgery changed. I'm so glad to be back with PSM. It all went very smoothly; Darpan did everything for me and it's all switched over really easily. PSM has always been so friendly and helpful and that hasn't changed whilst I've been away. Almost looking forward to getting my flu jab now so I can go in and say hello!! :D”
