“I have had no issues with this store. I recently moved into the area, and this store is ideally located on the Long Lane stretch. It means it is in walking distance to me, and I pretty much find what I need every time. “Somebody dented my car whilst it was parked outside of my house, right on the bottom of the rear quarter panel. After another dent repair company said the only solution was to respray the side of the car, I called Jack to get a second opinion. Lesson learned - I should have called him first! He arrived on time, said he could fix it, quoted me an entirely reasonable price, and did it there and then. I also asked him to remove a tiny crease in one of the doors which he also did at the same time. All in, I reckon he took an hour and both the problems have entirely disappeared. So glad I called and didn't take the word of the first company. I have no hesitation in recommending Jack.”
