“We had such a lovely time at Woodlands Park Hotel. Before we arrived Aysha from reception called me to ensure everything would run smoothly. She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.”

The beds were comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent considering its proximity to the M25. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant and bar, were handy for a short stay, though the food options could be a little more varied. Parking was ample and secure, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a reliable and budget-friendly choice if you’re looking for a convenient stop near the motorway.”

“I've had an amazing experience at this practice in the last couple of weeks. Managed to see an out of hours doctor twice (booked at a very short notice). What a brilliant idea to have this service by the way! Was offered referrals (physio session booked already, x-rays were offered in the space of a few days, blood tests done, dermatology appointment in Leatherhead hospital). Really impressed! For Bluepeter batch holders free and for others I would recommend buying the entrance tickets online which is slightly cheaper. Live out door performance also can be booked online and hiring for the wedding ceremony too.”

“Rob put together the most incredible itinerary for our honeymoon. When we first decided that we wanted to honeymoon in South Africa, we found ourselves overwhelmed with decisions. We reached out to Tailormade Africa and let them know that we both had never been to Africa and that we needed some serious guidance! We had a video call with Rob who took the time to get to know us - listening to our interests, expectations and wishes. From there, he presented us with an itinerary perfectly suited to our personalities and travel interests. We spent time in Cape Town, Franschhoek and Hermanus – loving the diverse wildlife, wine and culinary scene each place offered. The highlight our of trip though would have to be our stays at Rhino Ridge Lodge and Thonga Beach Lodge. At both lodges the staff were friendly and provided a high level of service, the guides were knowledgeable, and the food exceeded our expectations. The lodges were intimate and offered us the perfect time to disconnect. There is nothing quite like the experience of being surrounded by giraffes, elephants, rhinos and many more living in their natural habitats! We ended up renting a car to self drive from destination to destination. Though we had our reservations at first about driving, we ended up loving it. It gave us the freedom to set our own timetable and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. We were both grateful not to be in a stuffy tour bus with a bunch of other people. Rob was always available on WhatsApp through our trip to check in and make sure everything was always to our liking. Though we didn’t run into any issues, it was comforting to know there was always support on hand. He even took the time to chat with us once we got back home to hear about our trip and any concerns, if we had any. We chose Tailormade Africa in hopes that they would offer us a personalized experience that the big tour groups lack, and they did not disappoint. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! “Always great food! Whole family enjoy an “Ali’s” - a treat we look forward to especially in these financially tighter days. Meat is always spot on, salads are fresh and always makes food exactly to order. Delicious. Hubby loves the lamb here but I personally think the chicken is the best! As I suffer from word blindness, sadly I never know the right names for things! (My apologies for this) The food is always delicious. Top takeaway - highly recommend.”
